AMS provides individual and dependent coverage options with employer contribution options for medical, vision, and dental insurance.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

Employees are provided with long-term disability insurance, which will pay a portion of the employee’s current salary in the event of a long-term disability.

Life Insurance

Life insurance coverage is offered at one times your basic salary, subject to a maximum of $100,000.00.

Paid Time Off

Paid Vacation/Personal & Sick Leave

Each employee accrues a minimum of 20 days per year, which includes vacation, personal time, and sick time. Employees can bank up to 90 of their unused days as sick leave.

Dependent Care

Up to 12 weeks of accrued sick leave can be used for the care of a qualifying dependent or maternity leave.

Life Insurance

AMS recognizes at least 10 paid holidays per year:

  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day (2 Days)
  • Christmas Holidays (5 Days)


Annual Raises

All salaries are reviewed once a year. Raises and/or bonuses are given based on the employee’s performance in the previous year and the company’s expected performance in the coming year.

401K Retirement

Each employee is eligible after 90 days of successful employment to participate in the 401K Retirement plan. AMS will match 75% of the employee’s contribution up to a maximum of $3,000.00 per year.

Compensatory Time

Salaried employees who travel on paid plant trips for the company on weekends or holidays are given compensatory time of one day for every qualifying day worked. Compensatory time may be accumulated up to 30 days.
