Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Chief of Staff to support our Company President in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, flexibility, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. As the Chief of Staff, you will assist the Company President in various administrative tasks, internal and external communications, and helping to streamline company operations. Flexibility to occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed is required.

Desired Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of prior work experience (relevant experience preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist the Company President in managing his calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
    • Prepare and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda creation, material preparation, and follow-up actions. Travel may be required periodically.
    • Support off-premise tasks as directed by the company president.
  1. Communication and Relationship Management:
    • Act as a liaison between the company president and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications, inquiries, and requests on their behalf.
    • Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Company President.
  1. Operational Support:
    • Assist in optimizing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and information flow.
    • Help monitor key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the Company President.
